Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. is proud of our F.R.I.D.A. asset management program. F.R.I.D.A. is a web based software program that allows our customers 24/7 access to their instrument's documentation, history and tracking.

With F.R.I.D.A., you can instantly view and print your instrument's calibration and repair history, N.I.S.T. traceable certificate, before and after data report, out of tolerance report, recall notice and company master asset inventory list.

F.R.I.D.A. allows our customers to track their instrument's progress on-line while being serviced in our laboratory.

This service is available by simply logging on to our website and entering your user name and password.

We have a three year redundant archiving program. All records are stored on our server that has an automatic internal back up system and an automatic offsite back up system. Also, all certificates and data reports are printed and stored in fireproof filing cabinets.
